*Student delegates must be enrolled full-time and must supply a letter from their Head of School verifying full-time student status. Postgraduate students must also be enrolled full-time, unwaged and must also supply a letter from their Head of School.

All payments are in NZ$.
Early-Bird pricing valid until Friday 30 September 2022.
Delegates may cancel their registration prior to the conference. Where registration is cancelled by the event delegate:
- A 90% refund will be provided on cancellations made before 30 September 2022
- A 50% refund will be provided on cancellations made before 21 October 2022
- NO refund will be provided on cancellations made after 21 October 2022
- Registrations cannot be shared. Substitute delegates are welcome without penalty but please advise SMNZ of any name changes 72 hours prior to the event taking place.

Please note that the 2022 SMNZ Conference will be run as a combined face-to-face + online event. The face-to-face conference will be a COVID safe event including appropriate delegate physical distancing, cleaning and hygiene measures in accordance with and subject to New Zealand Government regulations and health advice.
In the event that the conference format and delivery is impacted by COVID-19:
If registered delegates are prevented from attending the face-to-face SMNZ Conference in person due to COVID-19, face-to-face registration fees will either be converted to the on-line option, with the balance between the two fees to be refunded, or refunded in full less a 10% administration fee.
