*Student delegates must be enrolled full-time and must supply a letter from their Head of School verifying full-time student status. Postgraduate students must also be enrolled full-time, unwaged and must also supply a letter from their Head of School.

All payments are in NZ$.
Delegates may cancel their registration prior to the conference. Where registration is cancelled by the event delegate:
- A 90% refund will be provided on cancellations made before 30 September 2021
- A 50% refund will be provided on cancellations made before 22 October 2021
- NO refund will be provided on cancellations made after 22 October 2021
- Registrations cannot be shared. Substitute delegates are welcome without penalty but please advise SMNZ of any name changes 72 hours prior to the event taking place.
